Reference Cases
- MRT Lighting System Safety and Performance Acceptance Testing: Commissioned to conduct safety and performance acceptance testing for the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) lighting system, covering station concourses, platforms, corridors, and entrances. Tests were performed in accordance with CNS safety standards, CIE optical standards, and MRT design specifications. Evaluation items included electrical safety, EMC, luminous efficacy, color temperature, and color rendering, ensuring compliance with passenger safety, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. All reports were issued by a TAF-accredited laboratory, serving as official documentation for system acceptance and operator review.
- NewTech Company Factory Energy Label Efficiency Testing: Commissioned to perform Energy Label on-site verification and efficiency testing for the NewTech factory’s lighting systems. Testing followed Energy Label benchmark standards, including input power, luminous efficacy (lm/W), total luminous flux (lm), power factor, and light distribution. All tests were conducted by JHEt’s TAF-accredited laboratory, recognized under ILAC-MRA international mutual recognition, providing comprehensive reports for Energy Label validation, building energy efficiency evaluation, and project compliance documentation.
- Highway Streetlight Replacement Illuminance Acceptance Testing: In cooperation with county and city governments, JHEt conducted on-site illuminance measurement for replaced LED streetlights on provincial highways. Following Roadway Lighting Design Standards and CNS 5065, measurements of average illuminance, minimum illuminance, and uniformity ratio were carried out at night to confirm compliance with design and safety standards.
- Municipal Hospital Emergency Lighting and Fire Equipment Acceptance Testing: For a municipal hospital’s procurement of emergency lighting and related fire safety equipment, testing was conducted in accordance with Fire Agency regulations, Building Technical Standards, and CNS requirements. Tests included charging/discharging performance, weather resistance (heat deformation), and luminance ratio evaluation. All equipment was jointly verified by construction supervisors and certified fire engineers, ensuring compliance with medical facility safety and operational standards, and serving as documentation for fire authority approval.
